The founding thinking of Fresh Eye comes straight from our clients' experience of the current recruitment market, where recent years have made our marketplace deeply commoditised. The resultant delivery model is often generic, and can lack either a personal or introspective approach. We want to look much more closely at your needs, and certainly with respect to either C Level positions, or positions around strategic change, where there can be deeper nuances and degrees of specialism required. As such, we have quite literally built our model on looking and listening, accepting as we do that every role is as unique as the organisation it fits in to. We try to look very closely at both client requirements and our candidates, because it's only then we can understand how to match them together. It may be as old fashioned, but we want to act more as a partner, and hence ultimately as a trusted advisor.
